Welcome to the NEW YEAR!!! We had been keeping it under wraps because it made things less complicated.  I took from October til the end of the year off because I was expecting a new baby.  Everything went well and we are one plus one more now!!! 
I am in the process of building a new band Line of Fire
that I am lead vocals on but we are a group rather than Kimmy Jo & ... 
I am really excited about making the transition.  But the gigs and info will not be listed on here.  We will have our own website and myspace page so STAY TUNED!!!!!

10/14/07   We are finishing up a Demo to send out with some originals.
We are getting all the kinks worked out.  Jamie and I have been collaborating
on some new stuff---can't wait to put it out there.  I think we make an awesome
 team.  I can't wait to get on stage--it is gonna be a blast.  I am loving
the direction we are headed.  There's a lot of work to be done
and I am working hard to get it all done.  
I received some really good advice the other day. 
When your ship comes in, you have to be willing to unload it.
I'm ready:-) 


9/09/07  So I've been out doing a few things a little travelin',  a little lookin', 
a little singing, some new things are coming to surface.  Best of all I have met so
many new and cool people.  Thanks to everyone I have come in contact with
these last couple of weeks-- you all have been a wonderful help
and I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone!!!!
Walter you still ROCK--can't wait to see what's up next!!!!

8/21/07 We had a blast at the Illinois State Fair, I'd like to give a shout out to Patti for having us! There were some awesome bands there. I love to watch all of the bands. A
little girl named Brittany followed me--adorable, nice pipes--then Still Kickn' followed her--they absolutely rock. Awesome show for one and all. I had a great time on stage with the guys, I love the fact that we play so many different Genres it brings a little variety.Also this weekend we did a show at Rumors in Flora, IL --nice place the owner is really nice. We did a b'day party/open house for the Switzer family--had a great time, they are really nice poeple. Lots of thanks to the Dancers! You gals are to much fun. My great friend Walter also came to see us at Springfiled---awesome guy---he attends concerts everywhere, I felt privleged to be on his list of events to attend. Thanks so much Walter--you Rock!!!



          


8/13/07  I am giggin' and lovin' it. Still writing so
me originals, looking for collaborators. I am having a wonderful time meeting other musicians that are out there dong their thing. It's great to see what all the differnt types of bands have to offer. I have learned so much in the last year about what it takes to have the best show you can. For me it's a work in progress cause I am always coming up with new ideas. I am busy these days, but I want to be busier. I love my job and I would perform 24/7!!! We have a lot of dates coming up at Duquoin, I can't wait. This Sunday we are doing IL State Fair. Hopefully I will be able to catch Sugarland after my show, they have an awesome show. Well ok that updates things a little for now--I will write again soon to let you know
